This is always a good time, and little bits of networking and Denver art scene infomation always seems to be gleaned from visting some of the galleries. We'll meet at the Mexican Restaurant again, out on the patio...so if you get there and it appears crowded because there is a long line at the counter just walk past there and out onto the patio and we'll be out there.

    Its called Chile Rojo and its two store font north of 8th and Santa Fe. There is an outdoor covered patio, lets set up a table(s) on the patio, look there

    this looks like fun. but... i still don't see any info on which mexican restaurant. can't wait to find out if krystal really has two heads.

    oh hey guys i just found out i got into the day of the dead show in studio 12 gallery on kalamath and 2nd please stop by if you want to walk that far, is not that far

    • “ Actually, we thought we had been ditched too...maybe a bit more wrangling would be good for the next one. In the end, it was just Gene and myself, but we made the best of it. ”
    • “ Well once again we all got split up too quickly. Its a shame beacuse it was a great group of people and the conversation was interesting and enlightening, and then I turned around to see if people were coming and ....no one in sight. Maybe they 'ditched" me...:-) Its becming clear to me whihc Galleries I like and think have the better artists. I think there are perhaps a half dozen that Im excited to see. boxcar is always good, CORE, SPACE and a couple others. The space we wanted to rent improved dramtically, the upstairs gallery that was always a bit of a mess is nt re done and is a great space. Its a shame we could nto come to agreement with them. We did talk to another gallery about space for a party, and also space for anopen to the public show. Its off the 'street' but its a ncie big space. I'll schedule the walk for November, but its gettin chilly out there ”
