Hi all! Here's the recipe for that dip I keep bringing that everyone seems to like.
Walnut Cannellini Dip Ingredients 1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained (the recipe calls for a 15oz can, but I used 19oz.) 1/2 cup walnuts 1/4 cup packed parsley leaves 3 Tbls lemon juice 2 Tbls olive oil (I use extra virgin and probably more than this ;) 1 clove garlic, minced salt and pepper (I also add some cayenne because I like it a little spicy.) Put everything in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Taste for salt and pepper; add more oil/lemon juice if you want it thinner and more dip-like or leave it as is for a sandwich filling. Enjoy! I got the recipe from this book http://www.amazon.com... |

Thanks for sharing this...I can't wait to male it! Bet it's good with other kinds of bean/nut combos, too!
