An Artists' Colony is a haven for like-minded artists to work, develop relationships and find a little bit of quiet so they can dig into their work. An Artists' Colony is a gift to both the art world and to the art-appreciating public. Judith Summerville Arts showcases artwork from mostly local artists in pottery, glass, painting, photography, collage, fibers, sculpture, jewelry, baskets, candles, soap, wood, and stained glass. Judith Summerville Arts features a new Artist every month. The feature artist show opens the first Saturday of every month during Reception held that night from 5 pm to 8 pm to meet the artist, listen to great music, eat fabulous food, and see the new art exhibit. Judith Summerville Arts is the perfect place to find original and handcrafted local art and craft for your home or someone special.

Embrace the Arts June Meeting
Wincie found a love for drawing at an early age; it was an artist in the making when in the 1970s she started toll painting. While learning to mix and shade colors she advanced into more fine arts, including watercolor, oils and acrylics. Wincie has been painting for over 30 years. She loves sharing watercolor painting with her students and her reward is to see the light in their faces when they realize they can paint. Read more
