Q: Purpose of this Meetup:
A: Discussion group for people who like to talk about topics that go beyond the "Where do you work?" dialogue.

Q: Who should join?
A: Individualists. People who pursue artistic interests, by (1) creating artwork, (2) by viewing/listening to it or (3) by creating a life for themselves that is a type of art.

Don't join us if you're boring, or if you're bored by your life and can't figure out how to make it interesting. Don't join if you only know how to be clever and entertaining -- being sociable means knowing how to listen. Don't join if your idea of conversation is just to complain or criticize, or, if you're uncomfortable with people saying what they really feel. Self expression isn't therapy, it's self expression.

Q: What will members get out of it?
A: At least -- an interesting afternoon/evening. At most -- getting acquainted with interesting friends.
