Introduction: I am Ron Floyd, the organizer for the East Valley Art Guild MeetUp Group. I am excited to hear from all members, new and old, about their art, their dreams, and their success as an artist. I am a local art professor and artist.

What are your expectations of this meetup group and why are you joining?: I wish to see this group become the biggest, most active, and the best arts group in Arizona
I am always curious as to each persons definition of "What is Art". In a few words, give me your definition of what art is to you. My definition of art is " a spirit of creativity that flows from mind to hand". Ron: My definition of art is " a spirit of creativity that flows from mind to hand".
