Paint or draw outside, in the open air with friends! Or, bring an easel or your sketch book. Share the fun! Enjoy the spring/summer season. And go home with a work of art to hang on your wall or enter in a show. Meet with others in Virginia, DC and Maryland who love Art and love to paint/draw outdoors. Let's get together to talk about our favorite places to paint and set dates to get together to paint Plein Air! Share info about Plein Air events in surrounding areas. Day time, Night time, anytime is the right time! Oil, acrylic or water color, it's all good. Pencil, charcoal, pen and ink. We can do it all even monotypes)! Plein Air means "in the open air", and is particularly used to describe the act of painting outdoors (compliments wikipedia).
