Aikido is a way of harmony - blending with your attacker, gaining control over their force and user their strength against them to defend yourself without even injuring the opponent. This being said, it is something you can start at any stage of your life, without the need of having any kind of exceptional physical abilities.

The intention of this meet up is to bring people together who have an interest in exploring their own creativity and being open to new challenges. Paints, collage, mixed media, clay, dance, music and meditation will play a part in the process and I will run regular workshops on a variety of themes, where you can take the opportunity to access your creative potential.

This is a meetup group for people that would like to make new friends, share in some fun whilst enjoying the pleasure of learning new skills and being creative.
