The Burbank Women's Self Defense Group was started to provide women a safe place to train self defense without having to enroll in a formal martial arts system. The purpose of the group is to provide it's members with the awareness and skill to handle themselves in an assualt and to examine the choices we have when someone is attempting to take those choices away.
